This technique is uses a pre-colored plaster material that has marble dust so when it is completed and buffed gives a shine and depth of color to the walls. Not recommended for high traffic areas where dirty little hands can touch it because it will get soiled with over exposure to hands. It can be sealed for bathrooms and this can help to prevent it from getting soiled as well but it does darken the color slightly.
